This painting represents the light of my inner spark inspired by a walk along the shore while the sun reflected sparkling on the water. While admiring the view, I had a thought: "How bright can you be?"

The sun does not ask how brightly it should shine. It fully expresses its star luminescence. Then why should we limit the brightness within our souls? This was the catalyst feeling for this piece and my personal challenge.

Each day painting, my heart heard, "How bright can you be? Can you be just a little bit brighter?"

When I would think the painting was bright enough, my heart would see the shadows I was hiding from, and I would feel a loving whisper, "you can be brighter."

This canvas saw an emotional rawness from me. From the heavy to the lighter, I felt the full spectrum of feelings with this piece. There were days I wept while painting brighter and brighter strokes of white on the canvas as I acknowledged feelings that needed to flow through, releasing them from my body and soul. And there were even more days when I danced and danced and danced! With paint brush in hand and the canvas as my dance partner. I would paint and dance, laughing at the sheer fun of it all. In those moments I let myself feel with every cell of my body that radiant self-love, gratitude, and joy for being able to paint and create.

Releasing limitations lets your light shine bright. When shadows emerge as your light grows stronger, these are invitations from your soul to live in an even bigger expression of self-love and joy. May your inner spark always shine like the sun.

Yes — to Canada, the continental United States, and internationally, though international orders are limited to rolled canvas and paper prints (shipped in a protective tube). Stretched canvas is currently available for Canada and the continental U.S. only, due to size and handling considerations.

For Canada and the continental United States, yes — shipping is complimentary and built into the listed price. For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international destinations, shipping is calculated by location and shown at checkout.

How long will my order take?
Production typically takes 5–8 business days depending on format, followed by 2–6 days in transit within Canada/continental U.S. International transit times vary by destination.

Can I return or exchange a print?
Once placed, an order cannot be returned or exchanged — each print is made especially for you, to order, by our print partner. The one exception: should your piece arrive damaged or with a printing flaw, we will make it right.
