FAQs

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to Canada, the continental U.S., and internationally, though international orders are limited to rolled canvas and paper prints (shipped in a protective tube). Stretched canvas is currently available for Canada and the continental U.S. only, due to size and handling considerations.

Is shipping included in the price?
For Canada and the continental United States, yes — shipping is complimentary and built into the listed price. For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international destinations, shipping is calculated by location and shown at checkout.

How long will my order take?
Production typically takes 5–8 business days depending on format, followed by 2–6 days in transit within Canada/continental U.S. International transit times vary by destination.

What print formats do you offer, and where do they ship?
Three formats: paper (frame your way, ships anywhere including internationally), stretched canvas (ready to hang, Canada and continental U.S. only), and rolled canvas (for larger, collector-scale pieces, ships internationally in a protective tube). Full sizing and care details are on each piece's product page.

What sizes are available?
Sizes start at 12 × 10 inches and scale up to larger, statement-size pieces — including options as large as 48 × 60 inches for that grand, gallery-scale impact. For exact sizes available on a specific piece, check the individual product page.

What makes these prints museum quality?
Every print is produced using giclée printing with pigment inks — the archival standard used by galleries and museums — on premium 410gsm canvas or 230gsm paper. This process is designed for longevity, with colour consistency built to last up to 200 years.

Do stretched canvases come ready to hang?
Yes. Each stretched canvas is gallery-wrapped over a deep 1.5" wood frame and arrives fully assembled with hanging hardware attached — ready to hang straight out of the box.

What if my piece arrives damaged?
Please contact the studio within 14 days at inquiries@sandrajoystudios.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you — just reach out first, and we'll guide you through next steps.

Can I return or exchange a print?
Once placed, an order cannot be returned or exchanged — each print is made especially for you, to order, by our print partner. The one exception: should your piece arrive damaged or with a printing flaw, we will make it right.

How do I inquire about an original painting?
Original pieces are sold individually, outside the standard checkout. Reach the studio at inquiries@sandrajoystudios.com and we'll be glad to discuss it with you.
