Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to Canada, the continental United States, and internationally, though international orders are limited to rolled canvas and paper prints (shipped in a protective tube). Stretched canvas is currently available for Canada and the continental U.S. only, due to size and handling considerations.
Is shipping included in the price?
For Canada and the continental United States, yes — shipping is complimentary and built into the listed price. For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international destinations, shipping is calculated by location and shown at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Production typically takes 5–8 business days depending on format, followed by 2–6 days in transit within Canada/continental U.S. International transit times vary by destination.
What makes these prints museum quality?
Every print is produced using giclée printing with pigment inks — the archival standard used by galleries and museums — on premium 410gsm fine art matte canvas or paper. This process is designed for longevity, with color consistency built to last up to 200 years.
Do stretched canvases come ready to hang?
Yes. Each stretched canvas is gallery-wrapped over a deep 1.5" wood frame and arrives fully assembled with hanging hardware attached — ready to hang straight out of the box.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Please contact the studio within 14 days at inquiries@sandrajoystudios.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you — just reach out first, and we'll guide you through next steps.
Can I return or exchange a print?
Once placed, an order cannot be returned or exchanged — each print is made especially for you, to order, by our print partner. The one exception: should your piece arrive damaged or with a printing flaw, we will make it right.
